Martin Chuck uses a walker to improve your rotation if you have a swaying problem on the backswing. This drill will help you rotate and relocate your hips efficiently, leading to more quality golf shots.
Martin - this is my one biggest swing problem. I strike my short irons well but when I move into the longer irons I seem to sway to try and get more power - and my ball striking goes out the window. I am going to hit the garage sales this weekend!! Thanks again.
Hey Martin, Another great training aid you have come up with! You are a fantastic teacher of golf because your ideas for getting better at golf are LIMITLESS !! Tanks again for taking the time!!
Can you suggest how to better maneuver the lead hip out of the way so the trail hip is coming into its place?
Hi Michael, flare your lead foot a bit to help you rotate and let your weight actually move onto the outside of your lead foot, too.
I need to practice that. Thanx.
