This drill is for a hand release of the club head, favoured und the last by many pros and trainers. Modern theory encourages a body release which is easier for most of us. This theory has it that the body turn provides power to compensate for and distance loss.
Doesn't translate into anything smooth for me. I'll stay with the other drills, but thanks for the creativity.
Looks like your teaching someone how to flip the club. Very difficult to time.
