I learn better by getting a "feel" for the idea of the drill....I was just practicing this today, but, in my mind I was practicing doing a 1-piece takeaway....shoulders, hips etc. in 1 motion. Including "non-wristy" hands might just cure the occasional push or pull. Thanks!!
